Based at: Arnolfini Arts, Bush House, 16 Narrow Quay, House, Bristol BS1 4QA

FŌDA is a festival of food ideas taking place across two days at the Arnolfini on Bristol's harbourside. Part producer village, part symposium, it brings together artisan food and drink makers, industry experts, chefs, grassroots organisations and curious consumers to explore the big questions around food today, from health and sustainability to regenerative farming and food education. Saturday centres on a free outdoor Producer Village along the quayside, showcasing local suppliers and producers with food to try and buy, alongside workshops and food-based art activities. Sunday steps inside for the Symposium, a series of panel talks chaired by leading food writers and featuring expert speakers tackling subjects including salt, fat, acid and the future of farming. Symposium tickets include breakfast and lunch.
