AfroFest Bristol Music & Dance Festival

About AfroFest Bristol Music & Dance Festival

Afrofest Bristol is a dynamic cultural festival that celebrates the sounds, flavours and spirit of Africa and the wider diaspora. Through live music, dance performances and curated programming, the event highlights both established and emerging artists across genres including Afrobeat, Amapiano, dancehall and contemporary African fusion.

The festival is more than a music event. It creates space for cultural exchange, local talent, creative entrepreneurs and community connection. Visitors can explore food stalls offering authentic dishes, browse independent traders and experience performances that reflect the global influence of African culture.

Supported by organisations including Trinity Centre, Afrofest Bristol continues to grow as an important platform for representation, celebration and creative expression within the city’s diverse cultural landscape.
